Recruitment for
Our Client is an international shared service center operating for the global leader in retail trade, operating in Europe and Asia. The client handles financial and accounting processes in the fields of General Accounting, Fixed Assets or Accounts Receivables. It employs over 350
accounting professionals who speak 16 languages and serve 25 countries.
Location: SZCZECIN
Your responsibilities
Posting invoices from suppliers and preparing payments;
Maintaining contact with suppliers (monitoring payment dates, reconciling balances of accounts etc.);
Maintaining contact with employees of customer’s purchasing departments;
Posting bank statements and allocating incoming payments;
Conducting activities related to the closing of the month and preparation of financial statements.
Employer requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting (preferably in AR or GL department);
Good English (min. B2-);
Good analytical skills;
Availability to take part in 2 week onboarding in the office in Szczecin (at the company’s expanse) and then visit the office for 1 day per month.
Optional
Higher education (preferably in Finance & Accounting field).
Working knowledge of SAP and Excel.
