Your responsibilities
Post and process journal entries to ensure business transactions (bank statements, credit card reconciliation, expenses reports, purchase/sale invoices), including running defined checks and controls
Settlement of business trips
Confirmation and reconciliation of balances with contractors
Participate in month closing procedures
Storage and recording of source documents
Control over documents registers
Ongoing communication, cooperation with other departments of the Company
Assignment and booking of documents and supervision over their circulation
Keeping accounting records and reconciling them with the general ledger accounts
Our requirements
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management or similar
English: Intermediate and above
Understanding general Polish accounting principles
Showing deep knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Good communication skills
Readiness to learn
Accuracy and focus in routine flow of work
Good team work
Personal effectiveness
Flexibility
2 + years of experience
