Your responsibilities

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure business transactions (bank statements, credit card reconciliation, expenses reports, purchase/sale invoices), including running defined checks and controls

  • Settlement of business trips

  • Confirmation and reconciliation of balances with contractors

  • Participate in month closing procedures

  • Storage and recording of source documents

  • Control over documents registers

  • Ongoing communication, cooperation with other departments of the Company

  • Assignment and booking of documents and supervision over their circulation

  • Keeping accounting records and reconciling them with the general ledger accounts

Our requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management or similar

  • English: Intermediate and above

  • Understanding general Polish accounting principles

  • Showing deep knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Good communication skills

  • Readiness to learn

  • Accuracy and focus in routine flow of work

  • Good team work

  • Personal effectiveness

  • Flexibility

  • 2 + years of experience
