Performing calculations, updating/ renewing policy plans in the system, based on the policy documentation
Preparing reporting
Working closely with the local teams to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard
Following the procedures and guides for the scope of work
Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
Participating in transition projects
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for processes and resolving issues
Conducting trainings for new joiners / other colleagues
Ensuring process documentation is up-to-date

Excellent communication skills with customer focus, understanding and applying appropriate communication style
Language skills - German at min. level B2+ and English level – B2+/C1
Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to meet tight deadlines under time pressure and to prioritize tasks according to volumes
Good Excel skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes
Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy
Spotless record and strong ethos
Knowledge of insurance market would be an asset
