Your responsibilities

  • Checking information received from insurers

  • Performing calculations, updating/ renewing policy plans in the system, based on the policy documentation

  • Preparing reporting

  • Working closely with the local teams to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard

  • Following the procedures and guides for the scope of work

  • Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery

  • Participating in transition projects

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for processes and resolving issues

  • Conducting trainings for new joiners / other colleagues

  • Ensuring process documentation is up-to-date

Our requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with customer focus, understanding and applying appropriate communication style

  • Language skills - German at min. level B2+ and English level – B2+/C1

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to meet tight deadlines under time pressure and to prioritize tasks according to volumes

  • Good Excel skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes

  • Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy

  • Spotless record and strong ethos

  • Knowledge of insurance market would be an asset
