Your responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to our EMEA Finance team

  • Scanning of receipts and entering expense receipts into the financial system

  • Managing filing/archiving of paper invoices in Warsaw

  • Helping out on ad hoc requests as they may arise to support members of the EMEA Finance team

  • Processing Expenses

  • Working on SAP system

  • This can be a a part-time opportunity (approx. 20-30 hours per week depending on your availability) with flexible working hours (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday) on the contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)

Our requirements

  • Student or a fresh graduate of Finance & Accounting, Economy, or another related field

  • An ambitious person interested in developing a career within the Finance administrative sphere

  • Very good English

  • Additional knowledge of German, French or Italian will be a big advantage

  • Attention to detail and sense of service, hardworking and committed to meeting deadlines

  • Outstanding organizer with prioritization and time management skills

  • Microsoft Office literacy
