Your responsibilities
Providing administrative support to our EMEA Finance team
Scanning of receipts and entering expense receipts into the financial system
Managing filing/archiving of paper invoices in Warsaw
Helping out on ad hoc requests as they may arise to support members of the EMEA Finance team
Processing Expenses
Working on SAP system
This can be a a part-time opportunity (approx. 20-30 hours per week depending on your availability) with flexible working hours (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday) on the contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
Our requirements
Student or a fresh graduate of Finance & Accounting, Economy, or another related field
An ambitious person interested in developing a career within the Finance administrative sphere
Very good English
Additional knowledge of German, French or Italian will be a big advantage
Attention to detail and sense of service, hardworking and committed to meeting deadlines
Outstanding organizer with prioritization and time management skills
Microsoft Office literacy
