Purchase Accounting Senior Manager

Your challenges:

• Manage and support the accounting department's "purchase" section on the Polish market, as well as the processes carried out for the German market.
• Ensure credibility of AmRest through timely execution of commitments.
• Hold accountability for the correctness, effectiveness, design, and execution of processes within area of responsibility
• Ensure completeness, correctness and timeliness of accounting processes and book closing in "purchase" sections
• Adjust the subordinate area to tax changes; conduct projects in this regard; supervise reporting
• Support business through active involvement in the creation of new transactions and business models
• Motivate, develop and manage a subordinate team
• Develop the area by setting a long-term agenda and current goals

Your skills and experience:

• Higher education degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Very good knowledge of English
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting department
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team
• Good knowledge of accounting act and CIT and VAT acts
• Experience in creating and improving processes
• High communication and teamwork skills and commitment to performed tasks
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
