Your responsibilities
- Performing cash collection
- Cash application
- Credit limit review
- Performing period/year end closing activities for OTC process
- Reports preparation
- Maintaining good relations with client
- Creation and update of process documentation
Our requirements
- Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills,
- Willingness to work in non stndard hours (15-23) would be an asset
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish,
- Experience in accounting/ customer service/ corporate enviorement,
- Understanding of accounting rules, analitical thinking,
- Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset,
- Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
