Your responsibilities
Performing cash collection
Cash application
Credit limit review
Performing period/year end closing activities for OTC process
Reports preparation
Maintaining good relations with client
Creation and update of process documentation
Our requirements
Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills,
Willingness to work in non stndard hours (15-23) would be an asset
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish,
Experience in accounting/ customer service/ corporate enviorement,
Understanding of accounting rules, analitical thinking,
Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset,
Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
