Your responsibilities
- Preparation of employment documentation (employment contracts and any other HR related documents)
- Cooperation with the external Accounting Offices (gradually taking over the duties by developing an internal department in this area)
- Participation and creation of procedures, regulations and internal legal acts
- Administration of employee benefits
- Conducting personal administration in line with all legal regulations
- Employee Capital Plans support
- Salary payment process (including bank transfers)
- Company accounting and invoice management
- Preparation of remittances of payments for suppliers and service companies
Our requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an independent position in the employment and payroll team or in the accounting office
- Bachelor’s or master's degree preferably in accounting, economics, finance or related
- Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law, tax and payroll regulations
- Highly proficient in interpreting new rules and regulations as well as implementation of new processes
- Good practical experience with contracts and invoices verification
- Fluency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Very good English (at least B2 level)
- High level of integrity, responsibility, discipline and attention to detail
- Ownership; end- to- end accountability for resolution
- Analytical and problem-solving skills mindset
