Your responsibilities
coordination of the sales team
issuing invoices and correction invoices
invoice booking
cooperation with IT department to implement electronic invoices
cooperation with the other departments (supply chain, warehouse, quality)
verification of VAT evidence
verification customers in Vies
balance confirmation with customers
Our requirements
knowledge of the Accounting Act
knowledge of the VAT Act
business terms knowledge (Incoterms, Financial flows)
good english skills
experience in accounting – 5 years minimum
knowledge about SAP is appreciated
