Your responsibilities
Owning and executing accounting processes
Contacting internal and external partners from different countries
Performing analysis of transactional accounting information
Answering e-mails from customers
Typically the first escalation point of contact for customer issues
Dealing with dunning letters
Processing invoices in SAP system in a timely manner
Performing actions required by management
Supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and communication procedures to ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Our requirements
Good knowledge of German or French (at least B2) and English (at least B1)
Focus on customer’s needs
Very good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under time-pressure
