Your responsibilities
Keeping books of accounts in accordance with local and international standards (IFRS) applicable in the capital group and the provisions of tax law,
Preparation of periodic financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations, participation in the preparation of corporate reporting package,
Supervision over the correctness of tax settlements, responsibility for preparing tax returns (CIT, VAT, JPK, PIT, WHT, TPR) and other required locally and by the Group in timely manner,
Responsibility for the settlement of transactions with related production facility, sales and SSC including transfer pricing documentation supporting,
Responsibility for timeliness, correctness and compliance with current regulations of all accounting processes, supervision over the correct circulation of accounting documents, formal and legal, accounting and substantive control of documents,
Reconciliation of general ledger balances with auxiliary ledgers (production, warehouses, fixed assets, settlements, etc.),
Control the compliance with internal procedures,
Monitoring changes in tax, customs and financial law,
Cooperation with external institutions, tax authorities and banks, auditors, consultants,
Control the compliance with internal procedures,
Optimizing the efficiency of accounting processes and running internal projects to improve financial processes, if required,
Accounting team managment.
Our requirements
Higher education in finance and accounting field,
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the position of Chief Accountant in international environment, preferably in production and sales profile company,
Very good written and spoken English,
Familiarity with ERP class accounting software (knowledge of ECC SAP or S4/H is welcomed),
ACCA, chartered accountant license (or in the process of obtaining) to be considered a solid plus,
Additional experience in SSC/BPO/GPS sector, is highly desirable,
The position will be placed in office located in Warsaw, however regular Plant’s visit, within a radius of ca.100 km would be required.
