For one of our international Clients, a renowned medical company, we are looking for an
Accounts Payable Accountant with French and English
Your responsibilities:
- processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) and posting transactions
- processing ad hoc payments
- reviewing bank statements and resolving discrepancies
- travel and expense
- reconciling accounts payable transactions
- responding to vendor queries (in English and sometimes French)
- assisting with month-end-closing
You are perfect for this position if:
- you have a least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
- your English is excellent and your French good (at least B2, you would work with European entities)
- you have good Excel skills
- degree in Finance and Accounting would be an asset
