Your responsibilities
Resolving issues related to parked and blocked status of invoices
Maintaining communication with internal stakeholders
Preparing vendor statement reconciliations
Preparing monthly vendor status report (for selected group of vendors)
Acting as key contact for selected group of vendors
Executing of operational process controls
Providing input to the improvement of the operating procedures
Initiating the process changes and enhancements
Our requirements
Finance or Accounting Degree/last year students
Relevant experience in Accounts Payable
Good Analytical skills to determine logical flow of activities
Strong Communication skills with experience of influencing stakeholders
B2/C1 level language proficiency in English
SAP skills would be an additional asset
