Your responsibilities
- Our Accounts Payable Team is responsible for settling company supplier liabilities. As a part of a team you will be responsible for invoice processing, supplier payments and various improvement initiatives.
- Accurate coding of direct invoices and credit notes
- Matching purchase orders to incoming invoices
- Posting correction journals
- Manage administration of staff credit cards and distribution
- Answer and deal with incoming telephone calls/ emails from suppliers
- Carry out weekly supplier payment runs for the UK, PL, UAE, US & Foreign offices (multi currencies), paying by Chaps and BACS , produce urgent payments
- Posting intercompany journals
- Creating new supplier accounts as in accordance with our company policy
Our requirements
- Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate/advanced)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proven numerical skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Showing initiative in identifying problems and proposing solutions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure
