Your responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of account payable activities related to payments, ensuring that vendors are paid on time
Processing payments according to the internal payment schedule and ad hoc urgent manuals
Analysis and resolution for the returned and rejected payments
Cooperation with local businesses and other departments to ensure payments on time
Contributing to the timely and accurate performing tasks related to the monthly closing
Delivering results according to the set goals (KPIs)
Complete and provide reports and supporting documentation related to the payment process required by compliance team or auditors
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Responsible for executing payments following company guidelines and governmental guidelines, keeping timelines and following internal payment calendar
Participate in process improvements initiatives
Our requirements
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in AP accounting
Good knowledge of English
Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or geographies
Experience partnering effectively throughout an organization to develop and drive regional initiatives
Track record of process improvement initiatives will be an extra asset
Knowledge of MS Office applications and Accounting/ ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial)
Strong communication skills and fast learning ability required
