Your responsibilities

  • Process all documents in relation to the Company suppliers,

  • Ensure items are processed in an accurate and timely manner and payments are made to suppliers on time,

  • Work on various stages within the AP process from matching and preparing invoices to statement reconciliation and queries,

  • Be responsible for use tax and VAT tax accounting and submissions,

  • Work to drive process improvements in other accounting operation functions as assigned,

  • Ensure all working practices are complied with and ensure deadlines are met,

  • Supplier statement reconciliations,

  • Filing of invoices and daily supplier statements, after reconciliation,

  • Execution of payments on time,

  • Posting and reconciliation of vendor and third-party invoices and statements,

  • Alignment of all bookings with Company policies and procedures,

  • Processing of all invoices, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to,

  • Cooperation with internal departments and external customers to resolve any issue in an efficient and effective manner,

  • Monitoring of held invoices reports and chasing operational management for return invoices,

  • P&L invoice booking in relation to inbound and outbound department’s costs,

  • Execution of operations in relation to custom authorities’ requests.

Our requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in Accounting (we are also open to candidates with less experience for junior and supporting roles),

  • Education: High School Diploma in Accounting or similar,

  • Accounting knowledge,

  • Proactively works toward set goals and has a problem-solving mind-set,

  • Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines,

  • Team player, dynamic personality, positive attitude,

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to follow-up,

  • Strong commitment and self-motivation,

  • Accuracy, strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to details,

  • Capability to work under pressure,

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory. Any other European language is considered as a plus.
