Your responsibilities
Ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP operations, controls and policies to have a better functioning E2E process
Work together and coordinate the efforts of our BPO provider to ensure that process standards are maintained and we are meeting our operational targets
Resolving issues, troubleshooting complex matters and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner
Responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders
Support your team leader in further developing the team
Work on process improvements especially linked to process standardization & automatization and when required participate on projects
Our requirements
We are looking for a person who:
has minimum 2 years of documented experience in AP area preferably in shared services environment
has efficient knowledge of SAP
is communicative in English. German or French is plus (both written and spoken)
has understanding on financial end to end processes
has strong organizational skills, dedication and accuracy
enjoys working in a multi-cultural and challenging team environment
is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for herself / himself
is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results
quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda
navigates easily in MS Office, especially Excel

Role overview
As an AP Specialist you will be working with great team of professionals and support our accounts payable financial operations with your expertise and skills. The primary mission of the team is ensuring that the invoice handling process is standardized and working efficiently and effectively. It is also ensuring that suppliers and stakeholders from 14 countries in Western Europe will have a smooth collaboration with Carlsberg Accounts Payable.
