Your responsibilities
Book vendor invoices from different countries (with and without purchase orders)
Match vendor invoices against purchase orders and T&E documents
Contact vendors
Reconcile, report and book intercompany invoices
Handle reminders from suppliers
Maintain and update vendor master data
Assist during internal and external auditing and during other tasks if needed
Assist in month end closing
Cooperate with other departments
Our requirements
2+ years of Accounting experience
Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
Initiative to investigate and solve problems
English mandatory (other languages would be an asset)
Strong motivation and ability to work with numbers
Willingness to learn and take new responsibilities
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Good skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Ability to work in stressful environment
