Your responsibilities
Supervise A/P departmental personnel in the day to day AP process of ensuring timely, and accurate payments to QVC vendors
Work with department managers, merchandising personnel, and vendors to resolve issues as they surface
Supervise and perform according to the backup structure diverse departmental processing duties and analyses, including but not limited to preparing and/or reviewing general ledger reconciliations, A/P control reports, wire and ACH payment processing and tax reporting
Assist with testing and approving AP system changes and/or implementations
Perform both formal and informal performance reviews, and coaching of staff members, and recommend departmental process changes, including personnel decisions (hiring, onboarding, training)
Administrative tasks related to daily operations
Oversee the SOX controls performance, being a point of contact for auditors
Our requirements
2-4 years accounts payable and/or inventory accounting experience including 2 years supervisory experience.
Hands on experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Access, Teams and Power Point.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a great attention to detail.
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers and team members.
Ability to manage work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with high demand for accuracy. Flexible to changes in direction and/or priorities.
Proficiency in English.
