Your responsibilities
- Managing Accounts Payable Team (5 - 20 people)
- Execute and reform operations and processes
- Ensure accuracy in daily operations; meet deadlines & KPI
- Serve as contact for resolving complicated issues
- Build solid relationships across all units at various accounting levels
- Collaborate with external branches/partners/carriers
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Team responsibility:
- Reviewing transportation documents
- Processing carrier invoices
- Trouble shooting with operation branches
- Statement reconciliation
- Settlements and AR compensation
- Write offs
- Carrier helpdesk
Our requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in managing accounting teams (preferably in SSC)
- At least 4 years of experience in an accounting role
- Strong organizational, management and communication skills
- Ability to delegate the tasks
- Time management and workload efficiency skills
- Detail oriented & accurate
- Accounting knowledge is a need,
- Experience in knowledge transfer and transition is a plus
- Ability to reading legal documents is a plus
- B2 English is required
