Being a proactive business partner with forward-looking, high-quality and value-adding financial support (Internal/Brand and External/Suppliers)
Cooperation with external clients, institutions, auditors, tax service providers and tax offices
Coordinating documents’ and approval flow at ECCO in accordance with applicable policies
Assigning, recording and accounting of properly described and accepted documents (purchase, domestic and foreign as well as, employees’ expenses and other documents)
Meeting the daily and weekly deadlines for Cash Flow and Supplier Payments execution
Closing of the accounting periods without any delays, in accordance with ECCO group closing calendar, policies and procedures
Ensuring that Accounts Payable team delivers Top Quality service in accordance with specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Preparation of additional reports to support business needs on the monthly / weekly basis of all units within the ECCO group
Creating new ideas to improve processes and taking active part in continuous improvements / project activities
Utilizing ECCO system’s platform and standardizing processes
Following and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Experienced in Accounts Payable and Payment processes
5+ years of experience in Accounting and +2 years of leadership experience
Practical knowledge of tax regulations
Very good knowledge of Accounting Systems (SAP / Oracle / DAX)
Very good Excel skills
Very good English
Customer and quality orientated with ability to work accurately and efficiently
Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
