Accounts Payable with French

Responsibilities:

  • Collection, verification and uploading of logistics documents
  • Taking part in financial audit and providing documents which are required by auditors
  • Sending communication to forwarders (contact via e-mail and phone)
  • Asking for the customers’ feedback on a regular basis
  • Creating reports according to requirements from BU/Management
  • Daily monitoring and update in the system (SAP, ANDB)
  • Follow established policies, procedures and methods to achieve metrics and targets
  • Monitoring and dispatching of mailbox
  • Using e-logistics forwarders portals
  • Daily quality check of documents
  • Participate actively in projects in the area of logistics

Our expectations:

  • University degree
  • 1 year of professional experience on a similar role
  • Excel, Word and Outlook - professional working competency
  • Knowledge of SAP system (SD module) would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting and Incoterms 2020 would be an advantage
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listening to customer expectations, understand customers’ needs and ensuring regular feedback delivery
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Good knowledge of French
