Your responsibilities
Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader
Responsible for the preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data
Perform billing, prepare invoices and/or other documentation and send them to the clients
Match incoming payments against open items, investigate any differences
Review customer accounts and prepare dunning documentation
Prepare parts of the monthly reconciliation
Communicate with internal and external RSSC customer in an effective and efficient manner
Report periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements
Prepare process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps
Participation in continuous process improvement
Our requirements
Very good knowledge of English and French (both verbal and written)
University/ College Degree: Finance, Accounting, Economics
Minimum 2 years of relevant financial experience preferably in international SSC or BPO environment
Knowledge of accounting basic principles
SAP and MS Office knowledge
Strong customer driven focus
Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
