Your responsibilities
Communicate with customer Finance Departments in English by phone and email
Update accounting system
Manage customer queries
Produce reports
Demonstrate excellent levels of customer service
Our requirements
Fluent English
Strong communication skills
Analytical skills, problem solving abilities
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage work effectively
Motivation for development
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Optional
Students/graduates are welcomed.
The role is suitable for applicants with or without a University degree.
