Your responsibilities
Timely and accurate cash allocations
Assist in month end procedures and reporting (unallocated payments, missing receipt report, aged open items, wholesaler reports, AML reports, Siebel Interface upload)
Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate discrepancy resolutions
Posting sundry invoices and credit notes
Bad debt write off
Monitoring Financial Crime Prevention Measures (PFC)
Support Cash Management Team with daily operational tasks (e.g. bank upload, cash allocation, bank reconciliations etc.)
Build and maintain good relationship with customers and business partners
Support management team in ad hoc queries/information requests
Assist in fulfilling the requirements of internal & external audits
Ensure compliance with all company accounting policies & internal control
Other ad hoc tasks
Our requirements
We are looking for an AR Associate with the right mind-set and one year of an accounting background or postgraduate
Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance is preferred
Very good English in both written and oral
Good understanding of IT systems in general (familiar with SAP is an advantage)
Persistence and 'can do' attitude
Ability to recognize and analyse problem
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Customer oriented

About the job
As Accounts Receivable Associate you will support CBS AR Team with cash allocation as well as all other daily task. As a candidate you should have very good language skills and an international mindset.
As Accounts Receivable Associate you will be responsible for:
Cash application and account reconciliation
Sundry invoice and credit notes
Resolution of client specific queries
Maintain a high level of customer service with all business partners
