To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist with working experience in Billing and Invoicing and proficiency in English. Your responsibilities

  • Billing, including maintenance of sales area data.
  • Invoicing of internal services within the HQ Companies, for Hitachi ABB Power Grids Switzerland.
  • Invoices preparation, issuance and sending using SAP.
  • Execute analysis and reports as assigned.
  • Perform necessary activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction; support internal business units via phone, email and workflows.
  • Support development and implementation of improvements projects.

Your background

  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance combined with understanding of Billing and Invoicing.
  • Accounts Receivable and Reporting experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of E-invoicing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Finance Shared Services for a global company a strong plus is preferred.
  • Confident User of SAP, Outlook and Excel.
  • Fluent English, German is a plus.
  • Ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure.
  • Customer service orientation and attention to details.
