Accounts Receivable - Billings Analyst

Your responsibilities
- Monitor the Aging of multiple entities’ accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect the overdue amount. Escalate to Manager if a payment plan is necessary.
- Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning invoices.
- Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
- Prepare customer bills across different product offerings, ensure their timeliness and accuracy.
- Process new orders, contracts and contract amendments in the billing system, ensure that these items are properly authorized and recorded.
- Coordinate delivery of invoices to customers and answer any customer questions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales and Order Management to ensure efficient, timely and accurate invoice processing and resolution of discrepancies.
Our requirements
- At least 2 years of previous accounting/administrative processing experience.
- Experience with MS Office Professional – Excel expertise preferred.
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
- Salesforce Experience.
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people.
- Must have a professional demeanor and ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and stress management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Must be detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Must be reliable and committed to good attendance and timeliness.
