Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
 
This role in summary

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets.

The role is located in the heart of Łódź, nearby Łódź – Fabryczna.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Managing customers accounts on a daily basis, contacting them via email and via phone
  • Managing disputes by logging them, coordinating the resolution and clarifying any issues with the client or/and departments in charge
  • Cash Collection activities for UK 
  • Managing customer relations
  • Running the dunning/direct debit and refund process
  • Account reconciliation
  • Reducing levels of unapplied and unallocated cash by contacting customers for remittance advice
  • Looking for areas of improvement in the process
Minimum requirements
  • Fluent English 
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar field
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred skills and experiences
  • Ability to prioritize, depending on the criticality of tasks
  • Ability to work within an international environment
  • Well organized and Team Spirit building skills
