Your responsibilities

  • managing the Accounts Receivable and Treasury team in a shared service centre of a globally leading German manufacturer of premium household appliances;​

  • performing operative tasks and help managing the Accounts Receivable and Treasury operations;​

  • managing the resources available to achieve the task assigned in time, accuracy, and within planned cost;​

  • performing reviews of results from the team;​

  • managing the team in order to process the financial activities, supporting the business and achieving high performance and efficiency.​

  • performing the customer credit management;​

  • clarification and coordination of intercompany matters;​

  • assignment and posting of incoming payments and clarification of payment differences, account reconciliation;​

  • executing the receivables management and dunning as well as obtaining balance confirmations;​

  • assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;​

  • preparing data for mid- and short-term forecasts.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor degree;

  • several years of experience in accounting of a SSC;

  • excellent understanding of processes in AR and proven ability to constantly improve these processes;​

  • excellent written and oral communication English (additional language is a plus);​

  • good knowledge of MS Office and SAP;​

  • strong track record of leading and coaching teams;​

  • excellent communication and presentation skills;​

  • team player able to work in cross cultural team;​

  • strong work ethics;​

  • being open and receptive to the change;​

  • ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;​
