Accounts Receivable with French

 

Your responsibilities

• Manage incoming payments, apply and allocate cash
• Perform month end activities, reconceil bank and customer accounts, bad debt provisioning
• Provide financial and management reports, take part in general financial analysis and enquiries
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records
• Monitor overdues and dunning
• Maintain Credit Risk related customer master data
• Manage blocked documents and provide customer information to business and Credit Risk Manager
• Calculate Bad Debt provisions for Country Risk Analysis
• Support processing L/C Payments
• Support managing customer insolvencies
• Apply work instructions and working references and ensure adherence to defined standard operations procedures
• Act as a back up for other team member/s as per aligned back up structure
• Support improvement projects and scope enhancement / knowledge transfer activities
• Participate in daily team briefings and regular team and SSC meetings
• Interface with other SSC teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities

 

 

Our requirements

• ­Bachelor, Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3-5 years Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Language skills: English and French written and verbal communication at minimum B1
• Strong Accounts Receivable or Credit Control skills is a must
• Knowledge of SAP
• Working experience in a shared service center environment is a plus
• Soft skills: work independency, service mindset, process-oriented and result driven, self-learning with improvement ability, team player, ability to work under pressure, good communication and presentation skills
• Go-See-Act approach, Fundamental problem-solving capability
