Your responsibilities
As a part of the After Sales Team, you will play a key role in developing deep market knowledge and building market segmentation for the additive manufacturing sector. As an Applications Engineer you will also work closely with our marketing team to build use cases and applications of SLS technologies in the market.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Investigate how existing customers use our products to enable innovation.
● Direct contact with international customers to discuss use cases.
● Screening real world applications and turning them into use case stories.
● Create and market new applications to strengthen existing segments and open new ones.
Customer segmentation.
● Profiling customers : gather data about our users from various channels to segment our customer base and their needs / applications.
● Build functional and dynamic databases about customers for internal company usage.
Market Intelligence / analysis of competition.
● Track and follow competition.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends and popular topics in the industry, benchmarking competitors and advising development teams so we can offer the most accessible SLS solutions.
Application
● Research, propose, and develop highly visual demonstrations of 3D printing workflows / cases.
● Write highly engaging tutorials, blog posts, whitepapers, technical guidelines, and website content to engage prospective customers and educate existing customers
● Build engaging webinars for sales / training purposes.
● Work with the Marketing team to build marketing content from an Engineering and technical perspective and determine the most effective campaigns.
Our requirements
- Mechanical engineer / experience in R&D or technical sale, CAD skills, technical sales / communication skills, ability to evaluate customer needs , knowledge ,
- 3 years of proven work experience, ideally within the technical product sector.
- Experience in supporting marketing and sales dept.
- Ability to cooperate with international partners.
- Proactive and positive energy is a need.
- Problem solving and analytical skills, customer oriented.
- Open to a dynamic environment.
- We are passionate about technology, it would be good if you are too.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
