    We are looking for Admin Assistants to join their Global Talent Acquisition team in Gdansk on an initial 9-month contract. As the ideal candidate you will have some experience working within administration or customer services environment. Your main role will be to provide administration support to candidates and the internal recruitment team throughout the recruitment hiring process.

    Location: Gdansk, Poland
    Start: June 2019
    Duration: 9-month contract (potential for extension)

    As an Administrator, you will:

    • Support administrative, organisational and logistical tasks
    • Set up interviews and coordinate both candidates and managers
    • Administer pre-employment checks for new starters joining the business
    • Create offers on internal systems and process
    • Prepare and review contracts
    • Process required background and reference checks
    • Enter data into applicant tracking system and other systems as required
    • Manage confidential information
    • Prioritise multiple tasks and manage workload, time effectively
    • Be flexibility with working hours – 60/70% of work will be carried out within American time zones and may include some afternoon through until evening shift work

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Administration or Customer Service experience (desirable)
    • Strong team spirit, organisational skills and an eye for detail
    • Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
    • Fast learning skills (initial training will be provided)
    • Able to work in a team environment
