    Administration Assistant
    Location: Katowice
    Hours per week: Full time

    Your team

    You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to an internationally dedicated client base. The team consists of experienced employees and young talents willing to learn the business. This high service level is achieved by teaming up with other operational and supportive departments within the organisation, with the shared aim of achieving the very best for our customers.
     

    So what’s this job all about?


    As Administrative Support you are the backbone of this team and share in the responsibility to deliver an ultimate customer experience to our blue chip customer and its customers in terms of unparalleled customer service and operational excellence. You work in an international, dynamic, and at times hectic, environment where you support the team with various administrational tasks such as order entry, validating and approving freight charges, resolving customers / haulier invoice queries, producing customer specific KPI reports and preparing the monthly management figures for internal reporting.

     
    But on that first morning before you get down to work…we’ll introduce you to your new colleagues over a coffee. That will give you a friendly taste of what it’s like to be part of our team – because people are our main asset and teamwork defines our style.

     Who are you?

    As Administration Assistant you take responsibility and ownership for your work and you possess excellent communication skills.
     
    So you:
    • Have excellent administrational skills (i.e. well organised and meticulous);
    • Have good command of Polish and English language, additional European languages are preferred;
    • Are customer orientated;
    • Are accurate and have an eye for detail;
    • Enjoy working in a team;
    • Are result driven;
    • Are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills;
    • Know how to maximise the benefits of the Microsoft Office packages.
