Your responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact in Power Technique in Warsaw for internal and external clients

  • Support organization of training, dealers meetings, sales meetings and other events for Power Technique team in Poland

  • Provide ongoing administrative support for all the Power Technique teams

  • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies

  • Perform basic translation and collaborate with the translation office

  • Perform invoice coding in the financial system

  • Support of debt collection in Poland – by following-up on unpaid invoices, sending duplicates of invoices to the customers, resolving of basic payment issues

  • Support company credit card process coordination (issuing/closing cards, changing of limits, being in contact with the bank in case it is needed)

  • Take overall responsibility of fixed assets administration

  • Open, sort, and distribute mail

  • Assist in special projects and provide monthly reports requested by direct manager

  • Executing other job-related activities assigned by direct manager

Our requirements

  • University degree or in the last year of studies

  • Minimum 1 year months experience in administration position

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Languages: native in Polish and very good knowledge of English language

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external audience

  • Committed team player with a drive for success and “can do” attitude

  • Strong customer focus, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty

  • Excellent communications skills at all levels with an open “mind attitude”

  • Flexible in learning new systems and understand business development needs

  • Well organized and able to adjust rapidly to changes

  • Experience in working in multinational environment will be an advantage

The Role

Administration Assistant takes on various tasks within an Atlas Copco Power Technique organization to help ensure effective day-to-day operations. The role is part of regional financial team and will be responsible for administrative and basic financial tasks for entire Power Technique team in Poland.
