Your responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service by welcoming all customers and visitors

  • Managing a room booking system and keeping rooms tidy

  • Managing purchase process, including office supplies, grocery, IT equipment and assets

  • Preparing and updating asset management database

  • Supporting Managing Director in administrative, operational and personal areas

  • Coordinating company events, appointments and workshops

  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing post and deliveries

  • Planning and organizing employees’ relocation between floors and office spaces

  • Ordering repairing services

  • Organizing business trips: plane tickets, train tickets, accommodation

  • Engaging in daily requests from business units, supporting with best solutions for office management

  • Answering enquiries by phone and email

  • Contacting with the building administration

  • Cooperating closely with Financial, HR and IT Department

  • Supporting Office Manager in daily duties

Our requirements

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience in office management or assistance position

  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
