Your responsibilities

Providing support for the organization of the company's accounting, HR, and administrative processes
Preparing documents and reports
Managing mail exchange, maintaining records and databases, including the BDO platform
Supporting contacts with authorities
Ordering office equipment and supplies, including maintaining stocks
Providing support to managers as needed

Our requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Fluent English
Education related to the fields of administration, management, or accounting
Practical knowledge of law, including labour and accounting
Knowledge of Notion, Slack, Google Suite
Driving license B
German and French language skills would be an asset
Ability to work in a team
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in computer programs
Responsibility for completing duties in a timely manner
Proactive attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong motivation and determination
Being open to changes and improvements in the company's processes
