- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Greet, assist and direct candidates/new hires/visitors to the appropriate staff member
- Ordering of office supplies
- Supervision over the flow of invoices and entering them into the system
- Organization of visits, meetings and business trips
- Assist at meetings, drafting minutes where necessary
- Supporting the recruitment process by screening, scheduling, interviewing candidates
- Supporting the onboarding and off boarding process
- Assisting with registration a deregistration of company benefits
- Preparation, archiving and segregation of HR & company documents
- Help with organizing events, celebrations for the team
Our requirements
- English – minimum B2 level
- Ongoing studies in HR, psychology or related field
- Previous professional experience (i.e. internship in HR would be an asset)
- Great attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
- high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters
