    Job description:

    This position is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the sales team and the CEO of the company. This position is responsible to office work and to keep external contacts with company clients and all outside third parties. The role requires high level of independence, organization skills, great communication skills, high level of English and professionalism.


    • Coordination and organization of office work, travel fairs events, and business trips of company management team - such as booking of the flights, ground transportation, hotels reservations.
    • Basic accounting – invoices, office bills
    • Making financial statements, based on invoices and bills received
    • Supervision of proper in/out circulation of documents
    • Conducting internal and external correspondence
    • Executing administrative tasks given by CEO
    • Organizing business trips and accounting of business expenses
    • Providing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support
    • Cooperation with clients - answering telephone and emails inquiries
    • Drafting of documents such as contracts, agreements and complains
    • Helping in creating company’s marketing materials
    • Website administration
    • Office materials - order and supply


    • Very good organization skills is a must
    • Very good ENGLISH. Knowledge of second foreign language would be a benefit
    • Higher education - Tourism and Management studies alumni preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in similar position
    • Windows Office – well skilled
    • Excellent communication skills at all business levels (in writing and speaking)
    • Positive attitude and self-discipline ability to work under pressure in a very flexible environment
    • Experience in "tourism /yachting charter/ event industry" would be benefit
