Your responsibilities

  • You will become an important pillar of our company by taking charge of a broad range of responsibilities in almost every part of our company.

  • Supporting the company in a broad range of administrative matters.

  • HR-related tasks, such as support during the recruiting process of new employees, planning & implementing HR measures.

  • Supporting team members when needed.

  • Working together with our project managers on customer projects in a supporting role.

  • Supporting sales activities, e.g. by answering standard questions of new leads, researching new leads, and preparing and running email campaigns (you will be trained, if needed, but you should be a quick learner with new digital tools).

  • If you have experience in these areas, we would like to extend your tasks to the following areas:

  • Supporting our Online Marketing activities, including preparation of content in English and German, preparing simple graphics and diagrams with graphics tools.

  • Managing own administrative projects.

Our requirements

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position.

  • High level of diligence, having own initiative, self-discipline, and being a quick learner.

  • Being communicative is also a prerequisite for this role.

  • Languages: fluency in German, advanced level of English.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word.


  • Being able to work with modern tools like Jira, MS Teams, CRM systems etc. and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, Online Marketing, SEO-driven content writing, simple graphics software, simple video editing software etc.

  • Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS – or interest in learning these very simple languages.

  • A degree in German Philology/Linguistics, Human Resources, Business, Marketing or similar.
