You will become an important pillar of our company by taking charge of a broad range of responsibilities in almost every part of our company.
Supporting the company in a broad range of administrative matters.
HR-related tasks, such as support during the recruiting process of new employees, planning & implementing HR measures.
Supporting team members when needed.
Working together with our project managers on customer projects in a supporting role.
Supporting sales activities, e.g. by answering standard questions of new leads, researching new leads, and preparing and running email campaigns (you will be trained, if needed, but you should be a quick learner with new digital tools).
If you have experience in these areas, we would like to extend your tasks to the following areas:
Supporting our Online Marketing activities, including preparation of content in English and German, preparing simple graphics and diagrams with graphics tools.
Managing own administrative projects.
2-3 years of work experience in a similar position.
High level of diligence, having own initiative, self-discipline, and being a quick learner.
Being communicative is also a prerequisite for this role.
Languages: fluency in German, advanced level of English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Being able to work with modern tools like Jira, MS Teams, CRM systems etc. and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
Experience in Social Media Marketing, Online Marketing, SEO-driven content writing, simple graphics software, simple video editing software etc.
Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS – or interest in learning these very simple languages.
A degree in German Philology/Linguistics, Human Resources, Business, Marketing or similar.
