Our office sits on Kotlarska and our brilliant building has a range of different workspaces, hangouts and breakout areas to suit your every need. Your role in the team
  • Management of incoming calls and connect with the right people
  • Coordinating a variety of vendors for food and refreshment orders, logistics, and office related matters
  • Reception and service for guests
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Supporting managers in arranging meetings outside and inside the company
  • Ordering the stationery
  • Coordinating facilities service requests (maintenance)
  • Preparing reports
  • Tracking invoices
  • Other areas of responsibility may evolve over time with various development opportunities to support ongoing projects
Skills needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different departments
  • Team player with high energy, positive attitude, and dedication to quality and accuracy
  • Demonstrates time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to „walk the extra mile”
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
