Your responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate individual with natural ease in mastering technical tasks, keen to become an expert in the use of enterprise system Planisware. The purpose of the role

You will become the key force to build the Planisware knowledge base and support the R&D organization in the daily operation of Planisware. Planisware is newly implemented in Lundbeck and you will have the possibility to set new standards and drive R&D data performance to next level. You will work closely and with collaboration with R&D Finance Business Partners to ensure effective data collection processes and high-quality data.

As our new colleague, you will join a diverse team aiming to be the best in class finance business partner to support and drive performance in the R&D organization and propelling Lundbeck towards #1 in Brain Health.

What is the challenge?

• Basic Planisware maintenance as well as ensuring optimal software functioning by communication with system vendor on incidents and prioritization of defect logs

• Eventually acting as a Super User/Service Desk function for Planisware, offering support for users from various locations within and outside of R&D Finance team

• Becoming expert in creation of reports in Planisware and SAC

• Extract and deliver data to process owners and SMEs

• Plan and coordinate system releases and updates, including testing

• User and license administration, including master data maintenance

• Monitor trends on system use and reported issues

Our requirements

To be successful in this role, your experience should include

• Finance or IT university degree or relevant professional experience

• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of data analysis and communication tools including Excel and Power Point

• Affinity with IT and have some experience deploying and/or testing IT solutions

• English – C1

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Being able to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities

• Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working

• Self-starter, curious and passionate

• Finds it easy to work in a very dynamic environment

• Able to work independently and efficiently in multinational & virtual team

You will be assigned an individual mentor, who will support you along your way to mastering Planisware software.
