    We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant to Country Manager and Store Operations Team. We’re looking for an energetic, proactive and a logical problem solver to help with the smooth running of the Store Operations Team.

     

    Main responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to Store Operations Team and to Country Retail Manager
    • Support all other activities of the European Store Operations Team and coordinate all ad hoc processes
    • Create a store communication and support some exciting Store Operations projects
    • Coordinate all ad hoc processes e.g update store operation hours
    • Diary management, handling business travel, processing monthly expenses, managing invoices
    • Organising District Managers meetings and Store Managers conference meetings

    About You:

    A key part of this role is flexibility, we’re looking for someone who can cope with any last minute changes. We work in a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be jumping in at the deep end, so you’ll need some previous experience. If you’ve worked in a similar administrative role, preferably in Retail sector then we’d love to hear from you.

    • Able to work to own initiative and to meet tight deadlines
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ale to multi-task and prioritise
    • Very good Polish and English language skills
