For our clients, BPO global leaders with offices in Kraków or Łódź, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be part of international structures for a position of Administrative Assistant with the following languages: French or German to support finance department.
Administrative Assistant with French or German
- provide a range of administrative support,
- preparing and updating documentation regarding internal standards,
- active cooperation with other departments,
- daily contact with French or German customers, answering clients questions and solving their problems,
- building trusting and robust relationships with multinational customers,
- taking part in international projects.
- fluency in English (B2 level at least) and in one of the following languages: French or German,
- good organizational and communication skills,
- high motivation to work,
- multitasking way of work,
- ability to work in a team,
- good computer skills (MS Office - especially MS Excel),
- experience in customer service will be an asset.
