Administrative Assistant
Localization: WROCLAW, Wrocław

Job purpose: The role of an Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to AmRest senior leaders, in line with AmRest internal policies and Core Values.

 

Your challenges:

  • Close cooperation with travel partners (agencies, hotels, airlines, taxi companies)
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and meeting places in accordance with internal procedures
  • Preparation of travel requisitions and expense reports, including preparation, reconciliation and provision of supporting documents for travel expenses of senior leaders
  • Assisting the Administration Department in the organization of key company events
  • Planning and reporting expenses in a timely manner - within internal procedures and systems (Amodit, Ambuy)
  • Settling expenses related to travel, events, meetings and other day-to-day expenses (credit cards, invoices and other)
  • Ensuring the proper flow of documents - in collaboration with Legal & Finance departments.
 

Your skills and experience:

  • High MS Office skills
  • Communicative English
  • Good interpersonal and planning skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of energy and willingness to work in a lively environment
