Your responsibilities

  • In close cooperation with Executive Support Team creation and preparation of presentation slides; Preparation of weekly, monthly or quarterly reports; Meeting Minutes during meetings;

  • Preparation and follow-up with regard to business appointments and meetings; Drafting correspondence in German and English; Manage executives' calendar and set up meetings;

  • Appointment coordination and organization of business travels as well as control over invoices and allowable expenses; Organization of employee events and workshops as well as participation in projects;

  • Manage cost centers with the support from controlling;

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant or Administrative Specialist; MS Office skills

  • Very good spoken and written English; German at B2 level or higher will be an asset

  • Tactful and discreet person demonstrating self-confidence, excellent communication skills and manners as well as great reliability

  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented operation, maintaining high standards of quality and demonstrating good organization skills

  • Diligent and independent operation, quick comprehension connected with great learning capacity
