THE POSITION

Would you like to be a member of a pioneer Legal GBS team? Looking for a new challenge in management of Boehringer Ingelheim´s global trademark portfolio services at a new Shared Service Center? Help us build our new GBS Center in Wroclaw. 

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Trademark Docketing - handling of incoming mail and updating of internal trademark management database;
  • Support of internal business partners (e.g. Regulatory Affairs) on questions relating to the trademark    portfolio and documentary support of respective processes of other departments.
  • Correspondence with network of agents, offices and international organisations globally
  • Support of high volume projects e.g. portfolio integration, name changes, assignments etc.
  • Establish process improvement routine
  • Support the onboarding of new colleagues in the team

Requirements

  • Higher education (preferably Law or paralegal)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the administration, documents processing preferably in the Shared Service Structures or in-house departments
  • Strong business partnering skills
  • Strong project management capabilities;
  • Ability to prioritize and to effectively execute multiple tasks
  • Excellent business English skills
  • B2 level of German 
  • High learning agility
