Your responsibilities
Supervision of the production processes: improvement of equipment and operating procedures, support for shift leaders in terms of ensuring the quality of the final product and minimizing waste, defining process parameters
Optimizing manufacturing processes: proposing improvements with particular emphasis on work safety and reducing unit costs, using statistical process analysis techniques and identifying opportunities for improvement, updating process standards
Implementation of new processes and products: development of investment project proposals (purchase of machines and modifications), participation in the implementation of new processes, qualification of production processes
ISO: maintenance and verification of the Quality and Environmental Management System in its scope, identification of non-conformities, initiation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, implementation and maintenance of regulations, policies and requirements contained in the Quality Book
Our requirements
Higher technical education
Experience as an engineer in a production environment, preferred experience in a high-volume production processes
Technical skills in the field of production support
Communication and the ability to work with a team
Creativity, innovation, goal orientation
Knowledge of both Polish and English enabling trouble-free communication in speech and writing
Practical knowledge of SixSigma methodology and SPC tools will be an advantage
