    Advertising Specialist
    Location: Poznań

    Advertising Specialists lead the charge on supporting all Advertising requirements across the region from creative development to media planning and buying to asset delivery. They will act as the key point of liaison for the advertising and media agencies in advertising planning development and delivery.


    Advertising Development

    • Support the development of advertising briefs for creative services and external agencies actively representing local needs and nuances
    • Guide the creative development process evaluating options for staying on brief and solving for the challenge at hand
    • Present options and facilitate stake holder approval working with the market specialists in the region

    Media Management

    • Lead the media planning and development for key markets in the region working closely with the agency and local marketing partners
    • Actively participate in the media briefing guiding the agency with relevant insights and information
    • Facilitate approval of media plans
    • Deliver assets within deadlines by working closely with creative services and external agencies

    Knowledge and Expertise

    • Gain a strong understanding of the creative and media landscape in the region to better inform briefing and development of advertising campaigns
    • Stay abreast with the latest trends and technological advancements to suggest cutting edge solutions to client needs


    • Undergraduate degree in business with focus in marketing
    • 3+ years’ experience in advertising with experience in print, digital, search and social media (agency preferred)
    • Experience running online advertising banner campaigns and production. Working knowledge of rich media
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages an asset)
